Wanshengli brand filament needle punched non-woven geotextile is a new type of geosynthetics engineering material.
According to the length of yarn, it has 2 types: short filament and filament fibers.
It is used in geotechnical engineering and civil engineering. It is made from polyester or polypropylene filament, and formed into a network and consolidation. The inside fiber are arranged into a three-dimensional structure. It is not only good mechanical properties, but also has a good vertical and horizontal drainage performance and good extension properties and high resistance to alkali biological and acid, anti-aging and other chemical factors. Meanwhile, its advantage includes filtration performance, tortuous pore distribution, a wide pore size range, excellent permeability.
Our geotextile is woved into nets by advanced equipments and technologies within different fibers by needling punched and other special spunbond procedures making the fabric plump, soft, stiff and thick to be suitable for different thickness's requirements.
Filament non woven geotextile are needle punched together to get the stable 3D with highter tensile strength fabric, therefore the tensile strength of filament is higher than that of short filament no-woven geotextile. The fiber is soft and has a certain tear resistance, so it has good functions of protection, sewage filtration, reinforcement and water filtration. Its specifications range: 100 g/㎡ -- 800 g/㎡. The main material is polyester and polypropylene fiber contributing to its excellent deformation adaptability, filtration, durability, water permeability and plane drainage capacity.
