Wanshengli brand anti-seepage geosynthetic membrane hdpe geomembrane is made from 97.5% high density polyethylene (HDPE) and 2.5% Carbon black/anti-aging agent/anti-oxygen/UV absorbent/stabilizer and other accessory, which is widely used for fishpond,solid waste containment and water containment environment and mining environment. Anti-seepage HDPE geomembrana is made of best quality high density polyethylene (HDPE) with specially formulated and original polyethylene resin, combined with specified quantity carbon black, antioxidant, anti-aging agent and UV resistance components, which contributes to its excellent resistance to UV radiation and being suitable for different conditions.

 

Our Anti-seepage geosynthetic membrane hdpe geomembrane is produced by three layer co-extrusion technique by the most advanced automatical equipment. All the productions are manufactured according to US GRI standards and ASTM, complete specifications with superior quality. The width can reach 8m. Geosynthetic membrane is far more cost effective, environmental safety, excellent durability, chemically resistance, fast deployment and easy transportation than traditional concrete, asphalt and compacted clay.

Features:

1)High anti-seepage ratio:

HDPE geomembrane has a great anti-seepage effect unmatched by ordinary waterproof materials, and is recommended in some projects with high anti-seepage requirements.It's Permeability property is ≤1.0*10-13g●cm/(cm2●s●pa).

 

2)Chemical Stability:

It has excellent stability, acid and alkali resistance, salt solution, oil, alcohol, etc., and is mostly used in sewage treatment and landfills.

 

3)Anti plant root system

HDPE geomembrane has excellent puncture resistance and resists most plant roots. It is a must-choice product for planting roofs.

 

4)Aging resistance

HDPE geomembrane has excellent anti-aging, anti-ultraviolet, anti-decomposition capabilities. Oven aging at 85℃, standard OIT, 55% retained after 90 days, oven aging at 85℃,high pressure OIT, 80% retained after 90 days.

 

5)High Mechanic strength

It has good mechanical strength, and is first choice for seepage prevention in water conservancy projects. The tensile strength ,tear resistance, and puncture resistance properties all meet GRI-GM13 standard.

 

6)Low cost

Compared with other traditional materials, HDPE geomembrane has obvious cost advantages and is the best product for water storage and anti-seepage.
